Every year for the past sixteen years, family and friends of our residents have laced up their trainers, gathered pledges, and joined in our Hike for Hospice on the first Sunday in June – and on Sunday, June 7, we’re preparing for our biggest Hike so far! We’re looking forward to greeting a whole range of hikers for a 9:30am start, and your leashed dogs are welcome too.
About the Hike
As one of our key annual fundraisers, our Hike for Hospice will take place in Cambridge at the Slit Barn on the grounds of our partners at rare Charitable Research Reserve. Registration is $25 per person, and includes your special t-shirt, a barbecue lunch following the Hike, face-painting and other activities for kids, and we’ll enjoy time reflecting on the people we miss.
Every dollar raised stays local, supporting our residents and their families through the end-of-life journey and beyond into bereavement.
